Format

We prefer that ads be submitted as PDF files—please create PDF files using the PDF/X-1a setting. Include crop and bleed marks on all full page ads.

A minimum of 300 dpi is recommended for all color and grayscale scanned images and 1200 dpi for line art scanned images.

If you are unable to create and send a PDF file, please contact us. We work with most standard formats and will try to offer a suitable alternative.

Publishing:
Engineering Minnesota is published monthly

Distribution:
Engineering Minnesota is distributed the second week of the month

Deadline for ordering ads:
Ads must be ordered by the 15th of the month preceding publication

Example:
Ads for the June issue must be ordered by May 15

Deadline for submitting camera-ready materials:
Camera-ready art must be received by the 25th of the month preceding publication

Example:
Camera-ready material for the June issue must be received by May 25
